Resilient, Inclusive, and Sustainable Environments

First launched in 2019, USAID’s Resilient, Inclusive, and Sustainable Environments (RISE) Challenge identifies and funds the innovative application of promising or proven interventions that prevent and respond to gender-based violence across programs that address the access, use, control, and management of natural resources. PANORAMA – Solutions for a Healthy Planet is a partnership documenting and promoting examples of inspiring, replicable solutions across a range of conservation and sustainable development topics, enabling cross-sectoral learning and inspiration. PANORAMA allows practitioners to share and reflect on their experiences, increase recognition for successful work, and learn with their peers how similar challenges have been addressed around the globe. These stories showcase action to address gender-based violence and environment linkages.
