Agricultural supply chains represent significant sources of employment, income, and resources for people around the world, connecting consumers to small- and large-scale producers of important commodities. Despite opportunities, there is still more that needs to be done to secure responsible and sustainable agricultural supply chains around the world for women and men across supply chains. This SRJS brief reviews data and entry points on improving gender considerations in sustainable agricultural production.
