April Krueger is a Digital Communications Consultant for the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Global Gender Office. April is responsible for supporting digital communications strategies to maximise GGO’s webinars, knowledge products, online platforms, social media channels and creating impactful platforms.
April has an extensive media and communications background. Prior to joining the IUCN team, April worked as a digital communications consultant for non-profit organizations and several small businesses where she developed digital marketing and communication plans and strategies to increase their online presence. Complementing her digital communications and strategic expertise is her significant work in film, television, and print.
April holds a Master of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Digital Technologies from The Johns Hopkins University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
April enjoys using the power of stories and technology to connect organizations with target audiences, help brands; build relationships with consumers, and inspire change audiences.
