Report investigating complaints from 13 former and current employees of the National Park Service at the Grand Canyon National Park’s River District in the United States over the past 15 years. Complaints included discrimination, retaliation and sexually hostile work environment and many of them were not properly investigated or reported. The investigative report confirmed a long-term pattern of sexual harassment and hostile work environment.
