Expert guided. Practical gender integration tools.

100 experts guiding 1,000+ practitioners leading the way on gender and renewable energy linkages

Designed for mitigation practitioners, the G-REEN platform facilitated information sharing on best practices and lessons learned mainstreaming gender in renewable energy projects and policies. This platform also housed numerous AGENT-developed tools and knowledge products on gender and renewable energy issues, covering international and national energy policies, women’s participation in the energy sector, gender considerations in large-scale renewable energy development, supporting professional networks, and promoting women and girls in energy-related STEM fields. These AGENT-developed tools were guided and shaped by a network of over 100 gender and energy experts from around the world, sharing information among a broader network of over 1,000 practitioners.
