Synopsis

Research on sexual violence and harassment in four commercial agriculture contexts; one in Africa, one in Asia, and two in Latin America. Results identify much needed actions to end sexual violence and harassment, including additional research, the upgrade of women’s terms of employment and work arrangements, the expansion of collective bargain, the extension of legal protection for non-standard workers, the promotion of women’s leadership and an increase in workplace awareness and trainings.
