Report that identifies gaps in available data on social and economic opportunities and constraints for women in the fisheries sector in Solomon Islands to inform policy directions and future investments in the sector. It examines women’s involvement in tuna and coastal fisheries supply chains and provides recommendations for next steps. Gender-based violence (GBV) was identified as a problem affecting industrial tuna fisheries.
